All items are made on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 5–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Returns and Exchanges

All of our swimwear is custom-made on demand, created specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the problem.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or a package is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders are processed immediately after being placed. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
